You will find the meeting password mentioned above just below the meeting ID. If you are creating a new meeting, click on the New Meeting icon in the Zoom app followed by Start a Meeting. Room Passcode for Zoom Rooms is a required 1-16 digit numeric lock code that is used to prevent users from making setting changes on the Zoom Room controller or closing the Zoom Room application on the computer. Enter the Sharing Key, displayed on the Zoom Room display, and tap Pair. On the Meet & Chat tab, locate and tap the Zoom Room pairing icon, found in the top-left corner of the screen. Open the Zoom mobile app and sign in to your account.
Create the Zoom Room in the web portal.Now, every time you host a meeting in Zoom (unless using the scheduler) your associated Meeting ID and link will be used (these items are redacted in the image above). If it is not turned on, then click the blue Edit link to the right of the Personal Meeting ID section to click the checkbox next to "Use this ID for instant meetings".A green check mark indicates it is turned on. From the top left menu, select " My Profile" to verify "Use this ID for instant meetings" is set up.(How to sign in via SSO (Single Sign On): ) A static link makes it easy to share the same link for Zoom when regularly connecting with others. If this setting is not turned on, then Zoom will create a link with a different Meeting ID every time you start a Zoom meeting session. Set up a static Zoom link so that you can use the same link to connect with others via Zoom video/phone conferencing.
